Here are the basics of how it works:
You go to the Cell Savers website, and provide them with information about your device, the issue, and where you are located.
As soon as you input what the problem is, they tell you the cost. In our test, we said that we had an iPhone SE with a broken screen, and they quoted a cost of $79.
After telling them the issue, it’s on to scheduling. In our test, in the Denver area, we were told that they could be there within the hour (we tested this at 5:40 p.m. our time):
Of course we didn’t actually submit this request, as we don’t have a broken mobile device (knock on wood), but we do know, from our reader, that had we submitted the request we would have immediately received an email much like this:
