Amazon is getting into prepackaged, prepare at home meal kits with Amazon Meal Kits, and has submitted an application to trademark the slogan “We do the prep. You be the chef,” saying in its application to the USPTO that it will be using the trademark on, according to the filing, “Prepared food kits composed of meat, poultry, fish, seafood, fruit and/or and vegetables and also including sauces or seasonings, ready for cooking and assembly as a meal.”
