Google has quietly rolled out a new protection service. Seriously.
If your search results during a Google search turn up sites which Google has reason to believe may attempt to shove malware (spyware, adware, etc.) onto your machine – and if you click on one of those result links – Google now serves up an intermediate page warning “the site you are about to visit may harm your computer!”, and suggesting that you visit StopBadWare.org, which is a malware research and advisory organization supported in part by Google.

It used to be that the very first result on this search would take you to a site which invoked the warning. But now the first several search results are blogs talking about the warning. So instead, go down to the end of the first page of search results, and look for the result which has this url at the bottom:
