Amazon’s announcement that they are going to start charging Prime customers an additional $3 per month to keep ads out of movies and TV shows has sparked outrage. Of course while most would argue that this move is unfair and takes advantage of loyal subscribers, some Amazon apologists believe it is a justifiable decision for a company that claims to constantly strive to provide the best user experience. Facebook has quietly started rolling out an option to save links, videos, events, places, music, books, movies, and tv shows that your friends have posted, so that you can go back and review and refer to them at your leisure, in your “Saved” section.

The Netflix purge where nearly 100 movies will be removed from the Netflix catalogue, including Titanic, Being John Malkovich, and Braveheart, will take place just past midnight on 12/31/13.
