Here are the new number of Starbucks reward points (stars) required for each Starbucks reward level. Starbucks, the Grinch that Stole Valentine’s Day, has just announced that it is raising the number of reward points that you need in the Starbucks app in order to be able to redeem your reward stars, effective February 13th, 2023. They are raising it for absolutely everything except the 25-star reward of customizing your drink.

Millions of people are receiving the Costco survey reward email scam, with Costco survey rewards of “up to $100” promised. Others get email promising a “Costco survey free gift”. They are all scams, don’t fall for them!

As Amazon continues to cross-pollinate with its new toy, Whole Foods, many have been looking forward to reduced prices at the Whole Foods checkout line, which they have started to see. Now, in addition to reduced prices, Amazon has announced that holders of their Amazon Prime Rewards Visa will get a 5% cash back bonus on all Whole Foods purchases.

So far no ‘solution’ to the problem of drivers texting while driving, or otherwise using their phone while driving their car (for example, using the maps app), seems to have made much of a difference. Now a new app, called JoyRyde (nee ‘JoyRide’) is hoping to change that by rewarding drivers for not using their phone while behind the wheel.

Australian resident Kathy Divine has taken to social media network Facebook for a rather unique purpose: to find a diagnosis for a medical condition that has eluded a diagnosis from doctors. Divine is offering a bounty on her illness: $500AU to anyone who can successfully diagnose her condition.
