Facebook Sued for Tracking Users’ Browsing History Even When Not Logged In

The Facebook lawsuit, filed in Federal court in Mississippi on October 12th against Facebook, Brooke Rutledge claims that, among other things Facebook is in direct violation of U.S. Wiretapping laws.
