In case you haven’t heard, social media prenups are a thing now. (What is a social media prenup? It’s a prenuptial agreement spelling out what you can – and more importantly what you can’t – post about the other person on social media, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc..)

Like any kid or teen, thirteen-year-old Greg Hoffman begged his parents for a new smart phone, specifically, an iPhone. On Christmas day, he got that coveted iPhone, but not without an 18 point contract from his mom, outlining the rules for having a phone. Not quite what a child or teenager with a new iPhone expects, but Mom made it clear, with a great phone, comes great responsibility.

As we recently wrote, Twitter has just posted a new Terms of Service. And, intentionally or otherwise, Twitter has banned anyone under 18 years old from using Twitter.
