This may seem like a weird thing to write about on an Internet site, but we know that the first place you look for something like a replacement part, such as a replacement lid for a Cypress Home brand Travel Mug, is on the Internet. And we spent so much time chasing this thing down that we wanted to make it easy for you.

It turns out that Cypress Home is a division of Evergreen Enterprises, in Virginia. Now, when you go to the website, you’ll see that there is a ‘Contact Us’ page, and that Contact Us page has an email form.

We don’t recommend that you use that email form!

However, there are also two telephone numbers on that page; a toll-free number (for if you are calling from outside Virginia, using a landline), and their local number.

If you are using a cell phone, we encourage you to call the Virginia number, because these folks are really nice, and they have to pay for the call if you call the toll free number (whereas if you are calling from your cell phone, the call will cost you the same – probably $0 – whether you call the Virginia number or the toll free number).

Here are the numbers:

(804) 231-1800 (Virginia)
(800) 774-3837 (Toll-free)

When you call, just ask for customer service, and let them know you’d like to order a replacement lid for your travel mug. How much it will cost will depend on which mug you have, but in any case it will only be a few dollars, plus shipping.

  1. I also called and they said they don’t sell replacements parts and unfortunately really didn’t want to deal with me. Sad cause I really like the mug!

  2. This is three and a half years after the original poster, but I just called and was also told they do not sell to the public. I don’t know if Grady still works there, but I’m not calling back. I’m chucking the mug.

  3. Hi… I just called and they don’t sell replacement lids to the public. They suggested going back to the store that the mug was purchased and the store should sell them.
