By now you are probably used to having Facebook remind you of your friends’ birthdays, and you may even have trained yourself to check on Facebook each day to see which of your friends are having birthdays. But what if you want to check to see which of your friends are having a birthday using the Facebook mobile app? Is it even possible? It is, but it’s not obvious how to do it. Here is how to find a list of your friends who are having birthdays today and upcoming using the Facebook mobile app.
First, to be clear what we are talking about, here is the Birthday list you are probably used to – it’s easy to find on your Facebook home page:

But there is no such option on the Facebook mobile app home screen.

So, here’s how to look up who is having birthdays either now or upcoming in the Facebook mobile app.
How to Find Your Friends’ Birthdays in the Facebook Mobile App
Click on “More” from the home screen or any other screen.
Next click on Events.
Once you are in the Events section, in which you will see a list of, well, events – whether you’ve only been invited to them, or actually RSVPed for them – scroll aaaaaallllll the way down to the bottom…
…until you get to the section called ‘Upcoming Birthdays’.
Note that you will see a few birthdays listed below the section link, but you need to click on where it says “Upcoming Birthdays” to see the whole list.
You can click on the icon on the right-hand side next to a friend’s name to send them a message.
Now you have no excuse to not acknowledge the birthdays of all of those friends, colleagues, third cousins twice removed, and complete strangers who are connected with you on Facebook!

I think you can’t even do it at all on mobile app now
The Facebook app is a fucking shitshow. This is all wrong, nowhere does it say Upcoming birthdays…
I like your page! They did change it. If you type in today’s birthdays in the search bar in the app, it’ll bring you to that page. I don’t know why they have to make it so difficult.
I think they’ve changed it again! I keep scrolling and all I get is future events. When I click on the list if birthdays that are occurring today, I get the option of creating an event instead being able to write in their wall. Help!
