Wouldn’t you think that a business that made money selling postage would make it really obvious how to purchase postage on their site? And yet, when we needed to reload postage on our Stamps.com account, it was so completely not obvious how to top off the postage in our account, that we felt moved to write a “how to add postage on Stamps.com” article. Here it is.
First, we need to tell you that you will not find a way to add postage to your Stamps.com account in any of the places you’d expect. It’s not under “Account”, or under “Buy supplies”, or, in fact, under any of the menu options!
So then, just where the hell is it?
It is buried behind the most unobtrusive link possible.
It is buried behind the dollar amount in the upper right-hand corner of the web page that represents your current postage balance:

Click on that dollar amount, and it will give you the following pop-up through which you can purchase more postage:
