We’ve had quite a few people contact us asking us whether AT&T online is down. And the answer is, yes it is – at least some portion of it is. People trying to log in to review their AT&T wireless accounts are being greeted with a message that says “Online access for Wireless and U-verse accounts is temporarily unavailable.”
Unfortunately, while you might think that for a giant wireless service like AT&T, “temporarily” would mean a few hours, this has been going on since at least yesterday afternoon, which is pretty shocking.
The full message says:
Online access for Wireless and U-verse accounts is temporarily unavailable
We are currently upgrading our online account system and it is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again.

So, what’s going on, AT&T?
