“We’re sorry, an error has occurred. Please reload this page and try again,” reads the error that Amazon users started getting today, when trying to view individual product pages. But no matter how many times you reload that page – or any page – all you get is that Amazon error message, “We’re sorry, an error has occurred. Please reload this page and try again,” over and over. If this is happening to you, try this.

This issue started today for users who do not have the most recent version of – or update to – Adobe Flash. Meaning that the “error”, so to speak, is on your end. More specifically, the error is that your (now outdated) version of Adobe Flash won’t play nicely with Amazon’s site. So you need to fix it on your end.
(Mac OS X and Firefox users, don’t continue without first reading this article.)
To update to the latest version of Adobe Flash player, you need to point your browser to the Adobe Flash update and download page. (Again, if you are an OS X and Firefox user, do not do this until you read this article.)
