Now how many times has Aunty said that war-driving is in poor taste?

Apparently the Feds think so too, as they have whacked Nicholas Tombros for war-driving through Venice, California, where they allege that he sent oodles of pornography spam from his lap top through “unencrypted wireless Internet access points”.

Tombros is facing up to three years as a guest of the Feds.

Now, what do we do about all those yobbos who are running unsecure WAPS?
