With each of my Blackberries, within a few weeks to months the keyboard went. It started clicking when I typedin a way that sounded much like when you pop bubble wrap. When the third one went I decided to give the Sidekick a try. I had foolishly assumed that because the Sidekick was half the price, and the service was half the price, that it was an inferior device. I couldn't have been more wrong. Just about every aspect of the Sidekick, from the form factor, to the keyboad, to the interface, is orders of magnitude better (for me) than the Blackberry. What it doesn't have is the ability to interface with an Exchange server, but I don't need that.
