		<description>I don't care how in-depth the bill is- it only ensures that these holes won't read it, even if they do vote for it. I don't care how great it sounds, I won't read it because every law that gets proposed for the internet is just an attempt to make it as useful as a heavily policed, empty parking lot.  -The future that Democrats and Republicans want to force me to accept.</description>
