A new service is offering celebrity mugshots to download as wallpaper for your cellphone. Who wouldn’t want to take a call to Carmen Electra, Yasmine Bleeth, or Anna Nicole Smith’s smiling face? Well, ok, maybe they aren’t exactly smiling as, yes, these are real mugshots.

As the purveyor, Celebrity Mugshots Calendars.com explains it, “Due to popular demand, Celebrity Mugshot Calendars now offers Celebrity Mugshot Wallpapers for your Cell phone!”

Wow…Aunty just finds it kind of frightening that there is a demand.

Still, one has to admit that the photos of Nick Nolte (one of the top ten downloads) and Vanilla Ice (not) in such…arresting poses… have a certain cachet. Not everyone can be a celebrity, and not every celebrity gets their very own mug shot.

So, if you just have to have a celebrity mugshot of Michael Jackson, Lil Kim, Tupac, Hugh Grant or Tonya Harding on your cellphone, go visit CelebrityMugshotCalendars.com.

But for gosh sakes, leave Tim Allen and Keanu alone.
