You know that spam which everyone gets for penis enlargement supplements? (Uh, you do all get that, don’t you? Or maybe that’s just Aunty…)

Well, believe it or not, some people actually buy that stuff! (Remember Aunty’s rant about people who buy things from spam?)

Not only that, but apparently the people who buy these penis enlargement supplements actually expect them to work!

Obviously Mr. Barnum’s law applies.

Well, in that grand old American tradition, if you are a sucker, and you buy something stupid which is guaranteed not to work, and it doesnt..what do you do? Take it on the chin like a man (or half a man, as the case may be)? No.

You sue someone!

And sure enough, a New Jersey man, Michael Coluzzi, has filed a lawsuit against the distributors of herbal penis enlargement pills, claiming that he “experienced no increase in penis size”.

Somehow, after becoming known as “the man who ordered penis enlargement pills, and it didn’t work”, it probably will no longer matter that it didn’t work.

But the really amazing thing is that he’s not the only one! In fact, his is the third such suit. Plaintiffs in Colorado and Ohio have also filed suit against herbal penis enlargement supplement distributors, accusing them of “falsely claiming to be able to add substantial length and girth to a man’s penis.”

Well….um….yeah.
