		<description>Not surprised that Paypal is trying to push off their services some more. It's not about enabling people. It's about reaching in people's pockets to make more money. People lose their Paypal account everyday over frivolous reasons. Better off using RME [short for Revolution Money Exchange]. No fees with RME and they do have a debit card. They the closest to being similar to "Preypal" without the hassles.</description>
