Anne P. Mitchell, Attorney at Law
Anne P. Mitchell, Esq. is the CEO and President of the Institute for
Social Internet Public Policy (ISIPP) and ISIPP Publishing, of which The
Internet Patrol is a publication. A graduate of Stanford Law School,
Anne has been involved with Internet policy issues, on both the legal and
the technical sides, since 1998. Among other things, Anne was the
Director of Legal and Public Affairs for the first anti-spam company,
Mail Abuse Prevention Systems (MAPS), and following her time at MAPS,
Anne was co-founder and CEO of Habeas, one of the first email
accreditation companies.
Anne's publishing background prior to ISIPP Publishing includes serving as Editor of the Stanford Law Journal, and authoring several papers, journal articles, and her book, They're Your Kids Too: The Single Father's Guide to Defending Your Fatherhood in a Broken Family Law System.
In her capacity as CEO of ISIPP, Anne is involved with Internet policy issues ranging from email deliverability, to spam and identity theft, cyber bullying, and everything in between. She has advised state and federal officials at the highest levels regarding spam and email delivery; chaired the first ever Email Deliverability Summits between ISPs and email marketers; and authored a portion of our Federal anti-spam law, CAN-SPAM.
In addition to her duties with ISIPP, Anne sits on the California State Bar Cyberspace Law Committee, oversees ISIPP's publishing house, ISIPP Publishing, hangs out with her teenaged son, and plays with their dog, two cats, and two goats, in Boulder, Colorado.

Jessica Harris
Jessica's background includes working in the digital media department for the Discovery
Channel Communications website, Petfinder.com. Prior to that she managed
grassroots efforts for the animal advocacy group, Born Free USA, as well
as worked with the San Francisco SPCA and the Humane Society of Silicon
Valley.
When Jessica is not working, she is devoting time to her first love - animal welfare. Her specialty is fundraising events, and she likes to assist as many animal welfare groups as possible; ranging from domestic animal, to farm animal groups. She also loves spending time with her new husband and our 2 adopted chihuahuas, adopted doberman, and rescued cats.
Evan Sandsmark
Evan's journalism background includes writing for the Colorado Daily, the
Boulder Daily Camera, and the
Longmont Times Call, among other publications.
A graduate of Colorado University, Boulder, Evan is currently attending graduate school in England, from where he files stories for The Internet Patrol remotely.
