I do not see where I can look up obituaries or drivers liscenses. I see in remarks it refers to these queries.

I also get ehe same message when trying to log in. I went ahead and changed my password, and it worked good for me.

James, have you tried in calling the company.

Try using your old password first, then try the new password.

I hate it when companies do this. I never received an email that my account was going to be migrated, and I was just fortunate that it took my new password on the netdetective site.

I tried twice to enroll in net detective only to have my information taken twice and I still can’t connect. Hopefully I will not be charged twice for a service that I can’t access.

I attempted to purchase your services but changed my mind before completing the second request for billing information. I noticed immediately my name was added to a persons list as a room mate with the possoble of getting my address and phone number.

this is incorrect and embarassing for me
