Smoking dope… a likely story! OTOH, I’d rather believe that than have the “terrestials” probe him into oblivion. I think he did the governments a service by being a benign hacker. Sure, he shouldn’t be doing that. But then, If I leave my wallet unattended on the park bench, who is to blame when it is “hacked”?
Hmmm - “The Earthlings forgot to remove my probe”???

i would not have thought this person coherant enoght to turn on a computer let alone hack. but who know what or how many brain cells still work.
