		<description>The great majority of the dozens of these calls I received were AFTER December, so even if Cowart "terminated the relationship with the Dunnes and Voice Touch in December", he must have continued using their lists.  I hope they throw the book at all involved.

It could be said that the people who were actually making the calls (probably for minimum wage) are also victims, in that they're out of work.  On the other hand, I had several claim to me that they were not bound by the Do Not Call list!</description>
