		<description>I am having the problem described above.  It appears to have begun after the last batch of MS updates on 6/9/10.  I do have SP-3 installed.  I cannot access MS Updates, and I cannot download the patch, KB978207 (I get the OOPS message).  I seem to be getting the OOPS message more and more.  What can I do at this point?  Any help is greatly appreciated!</description>
