Microsoft this week issued seven “critical” Microsoft Windows updates and patches, including an Internet Explorer update, and they want to make sure that you update your Windows! Because each of the seven Microsoft Windows updates and patches are rated as “critical”, it really is advised that if you are running a computer with Windows, you pay immediate attention to these. Two of the updates affect all Windows users, both business and critical, one involving Internet Explorer, and one involving Windows itself. Three of the updates affect Windows Office users, and the other two affect somewhat less used Windows programs. The other two affect Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft BizTalk. All of the vulnerabilities and updates, including those regarding Internet Explorer and Windows itself, are vulnerabilities that could allow someone to take over your computer remotely. So, if you are running Windows of any flavor, be sure to rush over to the Microsoft Security Center and get your updates here.
