Aunty gives kudos to the U.S. Justice Department, who tomorrow will announce that they have stung dozens of spammers, phishers, and other Internet criminals in perhaps the largest operation to date under CAN-SPAM.

Aunty’s said it before, and she’ll say it again: “Yes, Virginia, there is a Spammer Clause”.

If the Feds continue to wield it correctly, it could (and arguably should) really make a difference.
