All of you are 1D10Ts. If you think this is bad, Sprint is much worse of a company. There is NO FREAKING PERSON that you can call in verizon that will help you out in this area. They don’t care about you. No corp. cares about you. They only care about profits for their stockholders. Anything to make an extra buck. I’m sure that they will charge an extra fee just to fix it for you. which btw, did you know that these freaking company’s are charging you guys for the stupidest ILLEGAL crap. Well, it’s illegal for them to charge you guys for it anyway.

They are not just blocking European IP addresses. They have unilaterally blocked the series of IP’s on my web server cliaming that spam is originating from. Of course that is not true, the spammers are spoofing my domain. Calls to Verizon Online tech support remain unresolved. So I am going to sue them in small claims court for damages they are causing to my business.

this has been going on since late October. They blamed the ISP in foreign country but all of the time it was fault of Verizon.

I have it confirmed that Verizon’s is blocking all international IP space from RIPE, APNIC, etc etc and only unblocking IP’s when escalations are made. The security team management thinks this is going to stop their inbound spam problems that they have ignored for years.

Make sure you call Verizon corporate offices at 1095 Avenue of the Americas in NY and lodge a compliant in Executive Escalations about this hair-brained idea.

Verizon Executive management REALLY needs to re-evaluate their security management and team procedures again. Maybe this time they will do something about it.
