		<description>I would not consider that to be spam, even though one may not want to see it, one knowingly has to acknowledge the fact that television and radio stations put advertising in their media.

That said, if one connects to their service, then one automatically agrees to "see" their ads.

In my opinion, Spam is only spam if it reaches out for the viewer, but it is considered advertisement if the viewer knowingly connects to the source.

That's just my 2 cents, but hey you asked for it ;).

P.S.   I just recently found this site through LockerGnome and I like the content you post here.  Keep up the good work!
