Get real!

It does mean that if you violate someone’s Terms of Service and as a result of your violating actions something really bad happens to someone, they may use the TOS violation against you if they have no other way to hold you accountable.&lt;/blockquote&gt;
Because, obviously, nobody misuses laws and precedents. Sure, assuming the best intentions is one way of looking at the world, but that's not how the (US) legal system is built.</description>
