While exceeding the speed limit by 5 mph in your car, you COULD have killed a bus load of people...altho you didn't, you SHOULD still be given the death penalty, right? "Could-Haves" don't count in playing horseshoes....... Oh yes, lets sentence people for what they “COULD” have done instead of what they “DID” do…think about the implications of that one!!
