		<description>Unfortunately with the changes in most state laws that put a limit on lawsuit payouts, they will only have to pay a small amount which would equal pocket change to a large corporation like Circuit City.  While I agree that something needed to be done about frivilous lawsuites, I don't think putting a cap on the payouts was the route to take.  Large corporations need to be hit hard where it hurts, the pocketbook, to get their full attention.  And of course the large corporations are the ones that greased the wheels and lined the pockets of the law makers just for this reason.  Sad......</description>
