You do not need this service to accomplish the smae function …. and for free: all you need is the following code in your JavaScript

on the BODY tag, enter onload="Sleep(5000, 'chatWindow();' );"
then just program a chatWindow()

For a bit more sophistication, set a tracking cookie and then pop-up chat whenever the subject matter and time on site warrant.

You do not need this service to accomplish the smae function .... and for free: all you need is the following code in your JavaScript

on the <body tag, add onload="Sleep( 5000, 'chatWindw()');"
then program a chatWindw() with the appropriate chat code.

A bit more sophisticated would be to update a cookie and track it across different pages with topics, then pop-up the chat when the time and subject are just right!

They aren't the first to offer this type of tracking. Check out the uber cool: Visitorville.com where you can watch buses and taxis drop off site visitors at your website.
