Cookies. Everyone has them. And everyone wants to know how to get rid of them. While for some browsers it’s fairly obvious and straight-forward, for others it’s not so much. So, without further ado, here is a list of how to remove cookies from the top five non-IE browsers (for how to remove cookies under IE, see Aunty’s post How to Get Rid of Unwanted Cookies from Internet Explorer). For Windows Mozilla, go to the tools menu and select “Cookie Manager”. Then select “Manage Stored Cookies”. For Windows Netscape Navigator version 7 or higher, go to the tools menu, and select “Cookie Manager”. Then, as with Windows Mozilla, select “Cookie Manager”, and edit your cookies from there. For Windows Opera, select “Files” from the toolbar. Then click on “Delete Private Data”, and delete the cookies you want to remove. For Macintosh Safari, go to preferences, and click on “security”. Then click on the “show cookies” button, select the cookies which you want to banish, and then click on the “delete” button. For Internet Explorer for OS X, go to preferences, select “Receiving Files”, and then select “Cookies”. Highlight the cookies you want to expunge, and then press “delete”. If you have a browser which is not listed above, you can find a complete list of cookie-removal instructions at And now, here’s a cookie which you won’t want to remove! It’s the recipe for some of the best chocolate chip cookies Aunty has ever had! Absolutely Amazing Chocolate Chip Cookies
At that point you will be able to remove any or all cookies from the list.

For Mozilla Firefox, click Tools, Option. Select the Privacy Option.
Scroll down to ‘Cookies’ on the right hand side, and click it. You can either just click clear to remove ALL cookies, or click ‘View Cookies’ to remove individual cookies.
One nice thing about FireFox is that you can choose to have the cookies you remove individualy to be blocked in the future.
Hope this helps too.
