		<description>I agree with you.  I'm sure that MS purposely did as little to the spec's, as they could.  With the express hope that their proposal would be taken off the table.  They can then say that "hey, we tried to help, but the other companies didn't want to work with us.  So, here's our proposal, which we'll tie directly into Windows".
