Some nanny our some big brother watching your everymove on the internet highway. Editing and dictating what sites and discussion groups are acceptable. The Internet highway is a highway full of anti freedom haters period.</description>

Likely it's a money issue too.  If your ISP can get away with cutting service and bandwidth use, well that's just more money in their pockets.

If your ISP pulls this, you need to shop around for a new ISP.  And when you cancel be sure to tell them why.</description>
